The Nasarawa State University, NSUK has released the list of candidates offered provisional admission into the various undergraduate degree programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Steps to Check NSUK Admission List for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

Currently, all Prospective NSUK candidates can access their admission status online only via the JAMB CAPS admission status checking portal and also on the School Notice Board.

Please Kindly Follow the procedure outlined below:

  • Log on to https://jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.aspx.
  • Enter to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  • Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  • Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
  • Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your NSUK admission status.

Successfully admitted are required to either: Accept or Reject Admission Offer via the JAMB CAPS Portal.

All successfully admitted students are to log on to the JAMB CAPS Portal to Accept their admission offer, Proceed to Print the JAMB Admission Letter.

Candidates whose names did not appear on the 1st list, or have incomplete information or have not uploaded their O level on their CAPS ( Central Admission Processing Systems) are kindly advised to visit any JAMB accredited CBT centre to check their admission statuses and do the necessary uploads as may be required as soon as possible to avoid possible forfeiture of the admission offer.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE 2020/2021 ADMISSION EXERCISE

This is to again bring to the notice of the 2020/2021 applicants seeking admission Into Nasarawa State University, Keffi of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s directive which is stated below:

A. UPLOADING OF O’LEVEL / A’LEVEL RESULTS ON JAMB PROFILE: All candidates (UTME or Direct Entry) are expected to upload their O/Level results (for UTME candidates and A/Level & O’Level results for Direct Entry candidates) on their individual JAMB profile so as to be considered for admission. The O’Level results to be uploaded include, SSCE, NECO, WAEC, NABTEB and NBAIS, while the Direct Entry Alevel results to be uploaded are First Degree, HND, National and Nasarawa State University Diplomas, NCE, IJMB and JUPEB.

B. CHANGE OF COURSE: Candidates for whom the University have proposed alternative courses other than the one they applied for are to indicate by clicking the acceptance or rejection option on their JAMB profile.

Failure to do so means the candidate would not be considered for admission.

C. ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF ADMISSION ON THE CENTRAL ADMISSIONS PROCESSING SYSTEM (CAPS): Admission offered by Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and approved by JAMB is valid only if the candidate accepts the offer on their JAMB profile by clicking the acceptance button. Please note that clicking the rejection button means that the candidate has rejected the offer of admission.

Candidates who are yet to comply with the above directives or forfeit the admission if already shortlisted.

Only JAMB accredited CBT Centres are to be visited for the uploading.
