AfriEdu Team-The Management of Federal Polytechnic of Oil & Gas, Bonny wishes to inform all candidates who obtained a minimum of 100 score in the 2021/2022 Jamb Examination and have 5 credits in WAEC / NECO O level (Including Mathematics and English) in not more than two sittings and are interested in the following National Diploma programmes of the Institution;
Latest Update: This is to inform all prospective students for 2021/2022 Academic Session that their registration exercise would commence on Thursday, 11th November, 2021.
Students are by this notice advised to visit the Admissions Office for verification of O’ Level Result(s) and collection of Payment Permit Form.
Interested candidates are also advised to proceed to any JAMB CBT Centre or visit a Cyber Café to effect their change of institution to Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas Bonny as first choice. Candidates offered admission are admonished to accept their admission immediately.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1.DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
The O’ Level requirement for Department of Electrical/Electronic include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following:
Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Computer Science, Government/Civic Education.
2. DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY
For the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology include Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics and any two (2) of the following:
Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronic/Basic Electricity Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork (for Civic Engineering Technology), Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography, Economics/Commerce.
REMARK/ WAIVERS: FPOG requires the following subjects for Industrial Safety and Environmental Technology Department: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
3. DEPARTMENT OF PETROLEUM MARKETING AND BUSINESS STUDIES
Candidates are required to possess five (5) O’ level credits which include Mathematics and English Language with any three (3) of the following:
Economics/Commerce/Marketing
Biology/Agricultural Science/Chemistry/Physics
History/Government/Civic Education
4. DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
In the Department of Computer Science the subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2) subjects from the following:
Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry,
Biology/Agricultural Science, Computer Science, Government/Civic Education
5. DEPARTMENT OF STATISTICS
For the Department of Statistics the subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry and any two (2) of the following:
Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Biology, Agricultural Science
METHOD OF APPLICATION

Consequently, students are advised to come for their registration at the admission office.
