GRUNDTVIG POLY Post-UTME Form: This is to inform the general public that Grundtvig Polytechnic, Oba Anambra State Full-Time National Diploma (ND) Post-UTME Screening Form, Courses, Eligibility, Requirements, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2021/2022 Academic Session is out online!

AfriEdu team–GRUNDTVIG POLYTECHNIC OBA, ANAMBRA STATE, announces to all UTME candidates who are seeking admission into higher institutions for the 2021/2022 academic session and want to study at the institution but did not choose Grundtvig Polytechnic as their First Choice institution to go to any CBT Centre and log onto JAMB portal to Change their First Choice institution to Grundtvig Polytechnic, Oba.

The Grundtvig Polytechnic is a residential tertiary institution. It is owned by the Grundtvig Movement of Nigeria (GMN), a non-profit, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) registered by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the land (Perpetual Succession) Act Cap. 98. It is inspired by our traditional education and the Education for Life philosophy of Bishop N.F.S. Grundtvig of Denmark after whom the school is named. The idea of The Grundtvig Polytechnic was conceived by the founder of Grundtvig Movement of Nigeria (GMN), Dr. Kachi E. Ozumba (1942-2011). The Polytechnic is part of an international network of Grundtvig-inspired schools across the world.

School of Applied Sciences

Five O’Level Credit passes in:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry, and one from:
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Health Science
  • Economics or Commerce
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Statistics.

School of Management Sciences

Five O’Level Credit passes in:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language, and any three from:
  • Economics/Commerce
  • Business Method
  • Principles of Account
  • Government
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Literature in English

Eligibility

  • a. Candidates must possess five (5) O/L credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings.
  • b. Candidates must have written the JAMB UTME.
  • c. Candidates must have chosen Grundtvig Polytechnic as one of their choices.
  • d. Candidates who did not choose Grundtvig Polytechnic but wish to change to Grundtvig Polytechnic must do a Change of Institution on JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng/efacility) or contact the Polytechnic for assistance. 
  • Candidates who wrote 2021 UTME (JAMB) examination and scored 110 and above.
