We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Female Inventory Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- He/she is responsible in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is no over-stocking or out-of-stock of inventor
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variance
- .
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Actively participate in the monthly physical count of Inventory, reconciles actual stock count to Quick books
- Generate reports and follow through to ensure the necessary stock adjustment is carried out on Quick book.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND Degree in Inventory Management, Mathematics or any related field.
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Must be detailed and organized
- Proficient with Ms. Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and communication skill
- Proximity to job location
- Willing to learn.
