Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional for the role of a Business Development Officer with our Organization’s branches.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying and developing business for new clients.
- Develop and maintain clients relationship.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop business strategies.
- Build clients base and follow up with the clients in order to close business deals.
- Develop business prospects for new and existing customers.
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
- OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration/Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant course.
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation & persuasive skills.
- Good communication, listening, writing & interpersonal skills.
- Time management and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Work experience in Real Estate/Insurance service firm highly essential.
