Job Position: Human Resources Associate

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced HR Associate to manage and maintain our human resources records.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with potential job candidates.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
  • Conducting employee orientations.
  • Explaining employee benefits.
  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.
  • Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
  • Assisting with the distribution of training material.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with at least 2 years work experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
  • Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
  • Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
  • Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

Requirements

Salary
