Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Possess the competence to generate revenue growth of ?1.5 billion annually in the first instance. This is subject to review from time to time in line with the budget.
  • Develop Marketing and sales plans in coordination with the line manager to achieve the budgeted annual revenue’s goal.
  • Investigate available investment opportunities to determine compatibility with client financial plans.
  • Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date and ability to prepare and present financial reports.
  • Recommend financial products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or insurance to clients.
  • Devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, map out business strength and customer’s need.
  • Develop and test unique business strategies and concept
  • Communicate new product development to existing and prospective client.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and develop creative strategies in retaining them and attracting new ones.
  • Provide prompt feedback to customer’s inquiry
  • Provide in-depth training and coaching to subordinate to enhance transfer of knowledge and creating expert network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities’ rule and guidance.
  • Recommend and liaise with top management on promotional strategy and activities.
  • New process initiative.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent
  • 2 – 5 Years experience as a business development manager, marketing executives in financial institution or wealth manager within the capital marktet operators.
  • Track record of high volume wealth creation is critical.
